Standard Architectural services & additional services: appraisal and defining the projects, design concept, design development, technical documentation, contract administration and Inspection.
Development management services:
Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects, direct, review, or approve project design changes, confer with management, production, marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedure, present and explain proposals, reports, confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities, communicate organizational information, negotiate project specifications, analyze impact of legal or regulatory changes, prepare financial documents, reports, budgets, prepare operational budgets.
