Westin Long Island Resort, Seychelles– The Resort set to be one of the most modern, luxurious, high tech and exciting holiday destinations in the Seychelles. It It will be built exclusively on the 230 000sqm pristine Long Island, 10 minutes by boat from the main Island of Mahe and capital Victoria.

HARTLAND LIFESTYLE ESTATE – VILLAS & ENTRANCE GATE-Hartland Lifestyle Estate is thè latest new residential development situated in the Garden Route, close to Mossel Bay and George airport. Mere Group is one of the preferred architects collaborating in this exciting new estate. The concept design of the 84 Villas is a blend of Karoo Vernacular with contemporary architecture. Together with Brink, Stokes & Makhise, we were involved in the designing of the new entrance gate and commodities for the Estate. 4 newly designed houses are also to be built within the next few months by Dalmar Construction.
918 KAAP DE GOEDE HOOP – COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT-This new modern contemporary development is situated in Hartenbos, Kaap De Goede Hoop. Our involvement in this turnkey project was of architects and project managers, the project was successfully completed within a 1-year period.
Our offices have also been relocated to this new prestigious contemporary building.
New Retail Centre, Mossel Bay – This new retail centre development consisted of mixed use development in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay.

DE BRANDERS – REVAMP OF EXISTING APARTMENT BUILDING, HARTENBOS-We recently completed the revamp of the old De Branders Apartment Building situated on the boardwalk of Hartenbos Beachfront. The revamp consisted of enlarging the existing balconies, adding 92 braai places to the balconies and re-configuring the exposed visible services on the old building. The curves of the building was enhanced with new beams and -glass balustrades to give the building a complete new modern facade. The original concept of a “wave” was captured in the new design and revamp of the building.
Shell Truck Port, Voorbaai – This new convenient store and petrol station is situated in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay.

HEUWELSRUST RETIREMENT VILLIAGE & FRAILCARE-This pristine Karoo style retirement village is situated in Hartenbos Heuwels. The development consist of 60 new one- assisted units and two bedroom units. The frail care houses 16 sick bays, 20 life right apartments, offices, kitchen, dining hall, small library, lounge and hair salon.
The development is earmarked to start early in 2021.
